Simple terms for using loqy.

Website use

You may browse, quote briefly, and link to the public site for lawful purposes. Do not interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access, misrepresent loqy content, or use forms and mailboxes for abusive, deceptive, or automated traffic.

Product information and plans

The site presents current product availability, compatibility, and plans. Downloadable releases are governed by their bundled licenses and notices. Any paid offer is governed by the terms shown before purchase; joining product updates does not create a paid subscription.

AI transparency and human review

loqy is described and designed as an AI agent. Model output can be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for a particular purpose. Users remain responsible for reviewing outputs and decisions, especially before legal, financial, employment, health, safety, or other consequential use.

loqy is clearly presented as an AI system. Product notices and controls apply according to the role and use case defined by the EU AI Act; users must keep meaningful human review for consequential uses and comply with transparency duties that apply to content they publish under the EU AI Act.

Acceptable use

Do not use the site or software to violate law, infringe rights, gain unauthorized access, distribute malware, unlawfully monitor or discriminate against people, or make prohibited uses of AI. Additional restrictions displayed in the product apply when a model, provider, connector, or regulated context requires them.

Open-source software and site rights

Repository packages and third-party components are governed by their published licenses and notices. The loqy name, logo, and original site content are not relicensed merely because source code is available. Statutory quotation and other mandatory exceptions remain unaffected.

External services and links

Links to GitHub, Discord, model providers, social networks, Statuspage, and other sites are provided for convenience. Those services are independent and apply their own terms, privacy practices, availability, and security controls.

Availability and responsibility

The site and AI-generated output are provided on a reasonable-efforts basis and may be interrupted, incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for a particular purpose. Verify important results before consequential action. To the extent permitted by law, loqy is not liable for a decision made solely from AI output or an external service. Nothing here excludes mandatory rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Applicable law and disputes

French law applies, without depriving a consumer of mandatory protections that apply in their country of residence. Please contact loqy first so a concern can be addressed amicably; any competent court remains determined by mandatory procedural and consumer law.

Changes

The current version is dated above. Material changes apply prospectively when published. A dedicated agreement or license prevails over these website terms for the subject it expressly governs.
