Privacy
A small, explicit data boundary.
The public site does not need an account. The only personal data flow currently offered is the optional product-update subscription.
Controller
Etienne Debost, operating under the name loqy in Paris, France, is the controller for data collected on this site.
What the subscription records
When you request product updates, the private subscriber Sheet records only the fields needed to prove and operate that request:
- your normalized email address and language choice;
- the consent version, landing-page source, and UTC submission date;
- the server-side subscription and update dates;
- a one-way unsubscribe-token digest when a product email is prepared, never the raw token after delivery.
No advertising profile or subscriber Sheet content is exposed through the public site.
Purpose and legal basis
The data is used only to send release alerts, changelog highlights, and occasional loqy product news. The legal basis is your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
Processors and hosting
Google Workspace processes the subscription through a private Google Sheet and a bound Apps Script endpoint. Future product emails will be sent from the loqy.work Workspace account.
Scaleway hosts the public website on a server located in France. The subscription endpoint itself is operated by Google Workspace, not by the web server.
Retention
A subscription is kept until you unsubscribe, request deletion, or the list is retired. Operational backups, if any, follow the providers’ bounded recovery windows.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, export, restriction, or deletion, and you may withdraw consent through the unsubscribe link or by email. A response may require reasonable proof that you control the address concerned.
If a privacy concern remains unresolved, you may lodge a complaint with the French data-protection authority, the CNIL.
